1. Scope & Definitions

The Platform (including the website, mobile site, and mobile applications) is owned and operated by Omega Software Technology, with its registered office at 2225, Bharat Colony, Madan Mahal, Jabalpur (referred to as the "Platform Owner", "we", "us", or "our").

The terms "you", "your", "user", "Freelancer", "Jobseeker", or "Service Provider" refer to any natural or legal person who registers, browses, or accesses services on our Platform.

By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, you agree to all the terms and conditions outlined in these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Registration & Services

To access and avail of our services (collectively, "Services"), you must register and maintain an active account. You agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, and complete registration information.
• Accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account.
• Pay all charges and fees associated with availing our Services.

3. Platform Usage Rules

We provide a portal connecting freelancers and service providers. The following usage consumption applies to membership plans:

Government Jobs: Freelancers and Service Providers may search and apply for government jobs listed on the platform without any balance consumption or limitation.

4. Disclaimer of Liability & Risks

• 4.1 Connection Platform Only

  Omega Software Technology acts solely as a platform provider. We do not assume responsibility for disputes, agreements, work quality, payment, or outcomes between Freelancers and Service Providers.

• 4.2 No Warranties

  Neither we nor any third parties provide warranties as to the accuracy, performance, or suitability of materials on the platform. Your use of our services is solely at your own risk.

• 4.3 Third-Party Links

  Our platform may contain links to external websites. We do not control or endorse the content or policies of these external sites.

• 4.4 Reports & Complaints

  Any complaints or reports against a Freelancer or Service Provider may be submitted to Omega Software Technology for investigation and review.

5. Governing Rights & Termination

We retain the full authority to modify, suspend, or terminate the Platform services at any time.

Omega Software Technology reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate or restrict your account/membership at any time without prior notice in the event of policy violations, abuse, or complaints.

6. Indemnity & Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Omega Software Technology and its associates from any claims, penalties, or damages (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms of Use or your violation of applicable laws.

We shall not be liable for any financial losses, indirect damages, or misconduct arising from engagements initiated via the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The contents of the Platform, including the design, layout, look, graphics, and code, are proprietary to us. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or claim any intellectual property rights on any part of the Platform.

8. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform obligations under these Terms if the performance is prevented or delayed by reasons beyond reasonable control (force majeure events).

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.
